Soup and Sandwich Buffet
Includes soup of the day. Build your own sandwich with smoked turkey and ham, sliced cheeses, lettuce, tomato and onions, condiments, mixed greens, pasta salad, pickles and chips - 10
Southwestern Buffet
Build your own hard shell or soft shell taco or taco salad. Choice of beef or chicken. Lettuce, tomato, onions, black olives, jalapeños. Includes Spanish rice, refried beans, guacamole, salsa and sour cream - 11
Lasagna Buffet
Homemade vegetarian lasagna, traditional meat lasagna, or specialty seafood lasagna. Served with a House Salad or Caesar salad and freshly baked garlic bread - 12
-Add $2.00 per person for two choices
Burger and BBQ Buffet
Build your own burgers, BBQ pulled pork, baked beans, potato salad, gorgonzola coleslaw, lettuce, tomato, onion, bacon, mushrooms, sliced cheese, pickles, condiments, and chips - 10
Baked Chicken Buffet
Lightly seasoned baked chicken, served with potato salad, pasta salad, fresh seasonal fruit and dinner rolls - 12
Pasta Buffet
Choice of Sautéed chicken breast, bolognaise, marinara, or alfredo. Choice of penne, linguini, or fettuccini. Served with house salad or Caesar salad, garlic bread and parmesan cheese - 12
