New Executive Chef
We are excited to announce the arrival of our new Executive Chef, Scott Coulter to The North Shore Grill at Bemidji Town & Country Club.
Scott comes to The North Shore Grill with 30 years experience in the food service industry. He held the Executive Chef position at both Shiny Mountain Golf Club in Woodland Park, CO and Phantom Canyon Brewing Company in Colorado Springs, CO and Souse Chef at Valley Country Club in Denver, CO and Perry Park Country Club in Larkspur, CO.
Chef Coulter embraces the philosophy of serving fresh, simply prepared dishes crafted to evoke full flavors through the use of high quality seasonal ingredients, creative composition, and sound cooking technique while at the same time providing customers with high levels of satisfaction and enjoyment.
He is looking forward to serving you this 2014 season and seasons to come.
