North Shore Grille
North Shore Grille located at the Bemidji Town and Country is now open seven nights a week. The bar and menu service are available the following hours:

Monday through Friday
Bar opens 12:00 p.m.
Menu service available 5:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m.

Saturday
Bar opens 12:00 p.m.
Menu service available 12:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m.

Sunday
Bar opens 10:00 a.m.
Brunch buffet beginning 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
Menu service available 1:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m.

The Friday night special is all-you-can-eat Prime Rib for $19.95. Saturday night all bottles of wine from the wine list are half price. Sunday we feature our outstanding brunch buffet for $13.95 for adults and $7.95 for children between the ages of 5 and 12. This brunch is similar to the brunch we offer on Easter and Mother's Day. All three specials will be offered throughout the year.

Some of the new items on the Spring Menu include:


Appetizers
Pork Confit - nuggets of pork confit slowly poached then fried. Served with orange marmalade and grilled ciabatta
Walleye Brandade- nibbles of crisp, freshwater walleye and potato puffs. Served with a dill dipping sauce
Forest Mushroom Rolls- Crimini, shiitake, portabella and oyster mushrooms mixed with a four cheese filling and wrapped in wonton skins

Sandwiches
Country Club Panini- smoked turkey, ham, bacon, tomato, sprouts and cracked-pepper mayo on grilled sunflower bread
Stuffed Burger- fresh patty stuffed with caramelized onions, mushrooms and a four cheese blend. Served on a toasted onion roll with lettuce, tomato and roasted garlic mayo
Big Beef- thinly sliced prime rib, provolone, swiss, mushrooms and basil sauce on a toasted onion roll
Grilled Vegetable Panini- marinated grilled vegetables, tomato, cucumber, sprouts, onion, artichoke tapenade and provolone on grilled sunflower bread

Salads
Mediterranean Chicken- seasoned chicken breast with tomato, olives, artichoke hearts and fried capers on mixed greens drizzled with honey vinaigrette
Cracked-Pepper Steak- sliced and placed atop mixed greens with tomato, onion, cucumber, gorgonzola and drizzled with a creamy herb dressing

Entrees
Curried Shrimp- sweet, slightly spicy, succulent shrimp simmered slowly with mango, onion, bell pepper, ginger and cashews
Pork Au Poivre- pepper-crusted and pan-seared pork tenderloin served with apple-ginger slaw and pan butter sauce

Pastas
Forager's Tagliatelle- house-made, gluten-free pasta tossed with forest mushrooms, asparagus, tomato, shallots and cashews in a morel butter sauce


Mother's Day Brunch
Did you miss out on the Easter Brunch? The Easter Brunch was a huge success with over 500 people served and many, many compliments on the food and overall experience. If you missed out you now have a second chance to join us for our Mother's Day Brunch at the North Shore Grille on Sunday May 13th from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 pm. All reservations for Easter were filled by Wednesday prior to Easter Sunday, so please call early to reserve your table for our Mother's Day Brunch.

Our menu will feature slow roasted carved prime rib, Italian roasted chicken, honey-barbeque ham shank, vegetables, baby red potatoes, an omelet station, french toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, breakfast potatoes, salads, fruits, muffins, an elegant dessert station and children's selections just to name a few.
