TAYLOR MADE DEMO DAY
Stop out on Thursday, July 8th from 1:00 - 5:00 pm and try out their clubs and the new R7 Drivers! The R7 is the hottest club on tour.
Because of the introduction of this new club, we are now closing out our Taylor Made 580 Series Drivers for only $279.00. This is a $120 savings from our regular sales price of $399.00.
Our Buick Scramble was held on Saturday, June 26th with 18 teams (72 players) competing for 2 spots to advance to the regional qualifying on August 9th at Moorhead Country Club. These teams will join Rick and myself as we try and advance to the National Championship in Florida.
Low Net was captured by the team of Gary Erickson, Terry Johnson, Jim Sutton and Tim Dondelinger as they defeated in a 2-hole playoff the team of Larry Stember, Tom Schwartz, Mike Tangen and John Wangberg with net scores of 60.
Low gross went to the team of Paul Welle, Bill Muller, Amanda Johnson and Bob Johnson as they also defeated in a 2-hole playoff the team of Dick Robbins, Scott Robbins, Matt Troumbley and Bob Skaar with gross scores of 62. Congratulations to both teams!
I would like to give a special thank you to Tim Dondelinger and Dondelinger Chevrolet-Buick for sponsoring this great event!
JULY 4th CLUBHOUSE HOURS
The clubhouse will close at 8:00 pm on July 4th. The proshop will have our regular summer hours.
We remind our junior members that on Thursdays they have to tee off before 11:00 am and must leave the premises as soon as their round is completed. They may play or practice after 5:30 pm if accompanied by a parent.
Remember to sign up for the 6th Annual Member Classic on Saturday, July 10. We will be having two shotguns; 1:30 pm and 8:30 am. Signup and additional information is in the proshop.
Our Annual Bemidji Pro Am is scheduled for Monday, July 10th. We will be needing a limited number of amateurs to fill out teams. If you are interested in playing please contact Rick or myself.
DIANE FITZGERALD ACES #14
Congratulations to Diane Fitzgerald for her hole-in-one on #14 on June 21st. Diane's feat was witnessed by Pat Schneider and Joan Lundberg. She made her ace on the 110 yard hole with a pitching wedge.
