Bemidji Town & Country Club Online Newsletter - 4/30/09

I have had the opportunity to play our golf course several times this year and I am amazed at how good the course looks after our long winter. Obviously Mother Nature has a big impact on the course condition but I would also like to take the opportunity to thank Tom and his crew for making sure our golf course was in a healthy condition going into last winter along with getting it ready to open this year. All we need now is some warm weather (please!) for Tom and his crew to get our golf course condition to a premier level.

I would also like to encourage members to meet and introduce themselves to Molly Gregg, our new clubhouse assistant manager. Brent and the board are excited to have her on staff.

New check cashing policy:
When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us either to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction.

We use information from your check to make an electronic fund transfer, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day you make your payment, and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution.

In order to continue our efforts of controlling expenses for BTCC, going forward, members' account statements will be sent out via email to all members on our Newsletter contact list. For those members currently receiving the newsletter by mail or members not on our e-mail contact list, these statements will continue to be mailed. Sending our statements via e-mail is a significant cost savings for the Club. We encourage all members to contact Sharon with their current e-mail address, if willing. Please feel free to contact the office with any questions.
