2005 "A" Flight Winning Team
Tom Burlingame-Bruce Simenson
This is a reminder that our 8th Annual Member Classic is this Saturday, July 8th with a 2:00 PM Shotgun. The format is two person best-ball with 90% handicap. You can either sign up as a twosome or get another twosome to make a foursome. Your $25 entry per player includes great prizes and a wonderful dinner including prime rib and champagne chicken in the clubhouse following golf. We will also be celebrating Bemidji Town and CC's 90th Birthday with cake, ice cream and drink specials! Please call the proshop to sign up. This event is limited to the first 64 teams.

Congratulations to Dave Falldorf for scoring his first hole-in-one on hole #2 on Sunday, July 2nd. He used a 6-iron and was playing with Gary Johnson, Jim Renken and Ric Bowman. Also congratulations to Johnny Larson who made a rare double eagle (our second of the year) on #9.

We have installed a new point-of-sale software program in the clubhouse that has numerous advantages to the old system. We appreciate your patience as the clubhouse staff learns this new system.

One change is in the way beer and liquor charges are handled. The old system had sales tax embedded in the amount while the new system adds it to the amount. The total is the same, but you will notice on your statement that beer and liquor charges incurred after June 20th will show sales tax added.

 • The Galen Nagle BSU Fundraiser is Friday, July 14th. The course will be closed all day with limited tee times available early morning.
