Bemidji Town & Country Club Online Newsletter - 08/04/06

Another great Birchmont week has come to a end and the practice facility/range project is underway. After the project is completed it will be one of the nicest practice facilities around not just in this area, but in the country. The main project is to be completed by August 15th and the seed to be planted shortly after. The plan is to re-open the range next spring. For anyone that can't remember what the project details, the drawings are back up in the club house. The course will look a lot different after all the work, can't wait to see the finished project!!

Some of the other projects that will be taking place this Fall are building a new walk bridge between 15 green and 16 tee box, fixing and building of tee boxes, adding sand to some of the bunkers, starting a tree program, and fixing cart paths. As these projects take place and improvements are done, they will be posted in the news letter.

As always if anyone has questions or suggestions feel free to e-mail me at or talk to Tom or Paul. Also, lets keep up the good work on fixing ball marks and replacing divots.
