Bemidji Town & Country Club Online Newsletter - 10/04/06

We still have more than two weeks of golf before the course closes so make sure you enjoy some beautiful fall golf. The course is in great shape and Tom and his crew are busy keeping it free of leaves. I wanted to update you on some important closing dates:

The last day that the clubhouse is open (excluding special events) is Sunday, October 15th. This means that you should try to use any remaining food assessment balance before that date. There are still two events that you can use food assessment once the clubhouse closes: our Annual Christmas Buffet and New Year's Eve Dinner. If you need to know your remaining food balance please call the clubhouse.

The last day the golf course is open is Sunday, October 22nd. If you store your clubs please have them removed by that date. You must also use any remaining proshop gift certificates by October 15th. Call the proshop if you are unsure if you have unused certificates.

There was a request for bookshelves to be available for a book exchange opportunity for club members.

Gretchen quickly responded and there is now a book shelf available for member use in the Ladies Locker Room.

Please feel free to bring your used books to share with other members and help yourself with a book that someone else has dropped off. You are asked to return all books upon reading.
