Presidents Report
Thanks to all the shareholders who attended our annual meeting. This was one of the largest turnouts we've had! The input from our shareholders gives the board of directors the information needed to set the "course" for the New Year.

The one message that came across loud and clear - "we need better communications" - well, I guarantee this will happen. The directors have been meeting monthly, plus many sub-committee meetings have taken place.

You'll find enclosed the new dues schedule. This is a 5% increase over last year. This will help cover increased insurance cost, utility, fertilizer and salary increases. At this time I do not see any major costs for the New Year!! We have a FIRST CLASS golf course and clubhouse. This coming year our management team of Paul, Gretchen, Tom and Rick will all be back. We can feel pretty fortunate that we have such an excellent group of employees. Have a great holiday season! Only four more months and we should be out on the greens. Time flys!!!

2004 Dues Schedule
There are a few changes in the 2004 dues schedule that I would like to highlight:
 • The food assessment can be used until December 31.
 • There are now only two food assessment amounts, with all adult members paying $150 except for full family members paying $250.
 • The junior membership has been reduced from $360 to $150.
 • Any juniors that want handicap service are charged a fee of $20.
 • The discount coupons that all adult members receive have been increased from a $10 discount to $15.

Not listed on this dues schedule are our daily rates. Our 18-hole green fee (summer season) is $43 weekdays and $48 weekends. The cart rate is $30 or $15 per person.

You can calculate the amount you owe for your membership and/or pay online at our members website: Remember that if you pay before February 15, 2004, you receive a 3% discount (cash or check) or 2% with a credit card.

I have been sending out newsletters via email throughout the winter and it is our intention to eliminate the printed newsletter you receive with your statement each month. For those of you who do not use email, printed copies will be available in the proshop. The reasons for this are:
 • Information is current.
 • Ability to send more frequently. It is our goal to try and send out an email once a week during the season.
 • Cost saving.

I know that many of you use email and have not been receiving our email newsletters. The reasons are either that you did not provide us with your email address or we could not read the email printed on the dues schedule. Please visit our members website and enter your email address to assure that you receive our emails. There is also important information on our member's website so please check it out frequently.
